About Us

The Center for Politics and Democracy, established on January 25, 2017, is a research institution specifically emphasizing a deep understanding of political issues and democratic transitions in Indonesia. Our primary areas of study include electoral politics, governance politics, and citizenship. In realizing this vision, we are bolstered by a research team with varied academic backgrounds that align with the institution’s main study themes. Moreover, we consistently commit to achieving excellence in research, not only at the national level but also on the international stage. One of our primary objectives is to present research that can be applied as practical solutions to various challenges faced by society, government, and the nation at large. We also take the initiative to enrich the competencies of researchers through various activities , as well as to provide professional training services. Lastly, our institution actively facilitates the publication of research outputs to enhance public insights in the field of politics and democracycy .
